Ive used this app for years. The latest updates make it totally useless-- often buses do not show on map or they will show up a couple of hours or DAYS later. App freezes. Update Feb 2016: I cant rely on this app at now; buses disappeared several days ago with no updates at all.

Used to be great. Now bus times never seem to match reality. Map feels like a 1990 paper version that cant be refolded at all. Must zoom out to see any roads and then back in to see stops. At least the scheduled times still appear.

Want to get lied to time and time again? Then this is the app for you.

If you like missing buses then this is the app for you.

App is reliable and easy to use. OBA is a great service. Humble request: Offer x-callback-url support. eg For quickly opening up my favorite stop using Launch Center Pro.

I really want to like this app. And I really want this app to work. But it doesnt, at least not consistently. I check on a bus and it tells me its 10 min late. Great! I can get that bus. I head out the door and as I approach the bus stop the bus pulls away, suddenly now on time. This app ends up being just a glorified schedule.

This update has made the app harder to read. It also seems slower.

updated review - The latest version on iOS 9.3 broke all my groups in bookmarks. The groups can no longer be collapsed and expanded, so you have to scroll through your list (my list is fairly long as I have several transfers & alt routes I track). This makes groups pretty much worthless. They still need to fix the unreadable white-on-gray bus info section, which breaks the rules for accessibility. I sent this feedback many versions back but it still has not been fixed. Still like the app, but taking away 2 stars for reduced usability/accessibility . *** Ive used this all around Seattle, Redmond and Bellevue to find Metro and Sound Transit bus times. Ive used it to find out if a bus is running late and to find alternate busses when Ive missed a bus. One of my most-used apps.

As a college student/intern, this app is invaluable to me! Its easy to use and I recommend it to anyone who uses public transportation in Seattle. I also really appreciate that it is routinely updated with user requests- thanks OneBusAway team!

Since the last update app now crashes when viewing stops in either lost or single stop view on iPhone 5s using iOS 9.3x

I can confirm the issue of it crashing periodically when viewing stops. Definitely didnt do that before the 4/5 update. Also, the pull to refresh feature was yanked way too soon. It was extremely useful on large phones, since you didnt need to tap the uppermost part of the screen to refresh.

Latest update only crashes.

Seems like the more the app is being updated, the performance got worst. Not only do the app keeps crashing, it also shows multiple listings for the same route of the same time. Like its going on steroids.

Must-have for using Seattles regularly late buses. Remarkably accurate.

Used to rely so heavily on this. Now the estimated times are always wrong, whatever algorithm is being used these days is NOT working. Ive missed so many buses OR have been stuck waiting 20-30 extra minutes because of this app. Please fix whatever has recently broken!

WMATA recently ended its contract with NextBus and I quickly discovered that their sites bus predictor was completely unreliable. They suggested this app and its returned sanity (and predictability) to my commute.

I really love the app, it crashes a lot though, and when I check the ferry schedule or water taxi it cuts off the minutes and I can only see like 7:4 (if it was 7:40) and the other number is missing. If you could please fix it that would make me so happy
