For the buses in the morning, the app is generally accurate but for later in the day it is frequently wrong. I have missed numerous buses by relying on it. Sometimes there will be a "ghost bus" on there that is "arriving".....and then never does. Or it will say that I missed a bus 5 min ago only to have one magically appear...good thing I was still waiting there. Its frustrating to say the least.

This was one of my most used apps until the recent update. Now it it is nothing more than a map that can tell me where I am. Im not sure if this applies to everyone but here in Southern Oregon something has gone seriously wrong. It was a four star app prior to the update and something I came to rely on through out the day. It allowed me to see in real time if the bus was delayed and by how much. This was extremely helpful in allowing me to budget my time. It also showed me if I had just missed a bus, preventing me from having to stand in the rain wondering if the bus would be coming around the bend any second. Hopefully the bugs get worked out soon. This was an incredibly useful tool when it worked.

After the last update, it cannot find the servers and freezes when it errors out connecting

OneBusAway in a very convenient app. Occasionally the data can be wonky, but thats not really the fault of the app. My only complaint is that it is formatted for phones when run on an iPad. It would be awesome if it could support the new split view on iPads!

Great idea but it is 100% inaccurate. Save your time and dont get this app

Fix this app! First find the buses or the stops or the find the correct locations

Buses are usually 10 to 15 minutes late. App doesnt really tell you just says 2 minutes, 2 minutes more, 2 minutes more...

Ive been using the app for less than 10 minutes, testing the beta service for San Diego MTS l, and am already quite pleased. I was able to see that my bus was almost at my usual stop. Instead of walking slowly and missing the bus I saw that there was time to jog and catch it. Saved a half hour of my life!

Ive been using this app for years now and am impressed that they continue to make improvements for all of us standing outside in the freezing cold rain so that we will know how much longer it will be until the next bus. Thank you to everyone for building such a great app!

Lost the ability to see the location of the busses on the map with this release?

Failure to correct route data (missing routes) after repeated requests makes the rest of the app useless garbage.

I normally dont have any issues. Sometime its not right. Now its asking me to go to Atlanta. So Im in able to get any buses for Seattle.

Highly useful app that makes riding the bus a much more efficient and pleasant experience. As apps go generally, this app stands out as particularly well done on terms of UI design and reliability.

I used to love this app, used it every single day. But all of a sudden, all of my usual stops show a "stop not found" message. Seattle is just not a thing now I guess.

App will not show bus stop information via cellular data. It must have wifi connection which no one has outside their home or office. Fix it fast because Im about to delete this version of the app.

I find the interface logical and fast. Great for seeing how long before your bus arrives. Used the app for years.

Always accurate!

No matter where I am, this app helps me get to were I am going. I know before I leave the house, if the buses are running on time.
